These terms govern your use of the Influencer360 mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Influencer360 aggregates analytics for social-media accounts you connect (YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and X/Twitter) and presents them, along with summaries and insights, for your personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
When you connect a third-party account, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. Influencer360 accesses only the data those platforms grant for your own account, and only while your connection is active. You may disconnect at any time.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own data and the data retrieved from your connected accounts) are owned by Influencer360 and protected by applicable laws.
The service is provided "as is." Analytics are sourced from third-party platform APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influencer360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
