Influencer360 ("we," "us," or "the app") is a mobile analytics app that lets creators view their own social-media performance in one place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.
Influencer360 only works with accounts you explicitly connect through each platform's official OAuth sign-in. We never ask for your platform passwords. When you connect an account on YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or X (Twitter), we receive, for your own account only:
We do not collect your contacts, your followers' personal data, direct messages, or content from accounts you have not connected.
To create your Influencer360 account we store your email address and a unique user identifier. We use this solely to authenticate you and associate your connected accounts with you.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers in Section 6 who process it on our behalf and, only if you allow it, the AI providers in Section 4.
AI Insights and the AI-written parts of the Daily Briefing are optional and only run if you allow them. We ask before any of your data is used for them, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings › AI Features.
When these features are on, we share the post captions, account metrics, handles, niche and country needed to generate them with third-party AI service providers that process it on our behalf. Those providers may not store your data or use it to train their models, and we never share your password, email address or platform login tokens with them.
Turning AI features off stops this sharing immediately. Deleting your account also deletes your choice.
Influencer360 uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google's handling of your data.
Influencer360's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to provide your own channel analytics to you. We never sell it or use it for advertising or for training generalized AI/ML models, and we share it only as described in Section 4. You can revoke Influencer360's access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings.
TikTok. Our access to and use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's policies. We use TikTok data only to provide your own profile and content analytics to you; we never sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models, and we share it only as described in Section 4.
X (Twitter). Our access to and use of X data complies with the X Developer Agreement and Policy. We use X data only to provide your own account and post analytics to you, on the same no-sale, no-advertising, no-AI-training basis, sharing it only as described in Section 4.
Your data is stored securely with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.

Influencer360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app.
